Once upon a time, in October 2022, the admins of the world famous Facebook group Spooky in Salem decided to let members know exactly what kinds of chaos would ensue if each and every pending post was approved.

Suddenly, members' feeds were drowned by post after post—"What are the must sees?" "Can anyone recommend a good restaurant?" "Can I purchase tickets in advance?"—and an onslaught of requests for information that is very clearly stated in the groups uber-convenient "Featured Posts" section.

Keyboard warriors stretched their fingers. The comments couldn't be controlled. People were blocked. Trips were cancelled. Marriages ended.
It's even rumored that the SeCrEt TuNNeLs under Salem's main streets actually shook. The Lady in Blue herself hid in the extra-small bathroom stall at Rockafellas.

What was happening? Were the admins okay? Had the group been hacked?! Nay nay! They were just showing everyone just how much time and careful selection went into the game of approving posts.
